A green pudding….now there’s something you don’t see every day! Unless of course you’re a green-smoothie-loving raw monkey, in which case this is just standard fruity fare! And why eat your greens plain when you could eat your green pudding!
2 Pears (peeled and cored)
1 Apple (peeled and cored)
1 Stalk celery
What to do:
Pulse blend the pears, apple, and dates until well mixed. Add the celery and kale and blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Dig in!
